1.3 What the donation INCLUDES (e.g. number of hunters, observers, hunting days, game, etc.)
1.4 What is EXCLUDED from the donated package (e.g. traveling, food, drinks, etc.)
1.5 By when the purchaser must contact you, together with the contact details, to confirm the purchase of the package
1.6 Validity of the donation (by when the package must be undertaken)
1.7 The SA Rand value of the package
1.8 Any special terms & conditions pertaining to the specific hunting package

- 50% cancellation fee if cancelled between 27 October and 12 November 2023;
- Full cancellation fee for cancellations received from the 13th of November onwards.
